Eléonore van Rijckevorsel, Director Operation Belgium, passionate about what motivates people to relocate and travel, Eléonore has been an expat almost all her life and has worked with expats for the last decade. She founded Bright Expats in 2011 and joined Packimpex with her team when the companies merged in 2021. As Director of Operations Belgium, Eléonore strives for smooth assignee experiences and great client satisfaction with agile, personalised service delivery.

Sabine Castrique, Senior Relocation & Account Manager at Packimpex Belgium, has been working for +20 years in the relocation industry first as a field consultant and currently in key account management and immigration services.
She gives immigration advice, manages the new initiations for some major accounts, makes sure the services are provided in line with the company policies and coordinates the practical assistance with the relocation consultant in the field.
She is fluent in Dutch, English and French and holds a bachelor’s degree in management & Tourism. Before starting in the mobility industry, she worked in a bank and car leasing company.
Born and raised in Belgium Sabine lives near Antwerp. In her free time, she coaches the Belgian karate team and she loves to travel.

Carol O’Riordan, Senior Relocation Manager, Originally from Ireland but having lived all her professional life as an Expat, Carol knows the trials and stress involved in moving to a new country, either alone or with family. But she is confident that with a little bit of help and expertise, the move can also be an incredibly exciting, rejuvenating, and rewarding experience. Dedicated to helping expats navigate the idiosyncrasies involved in settling in Belgium, her aim is to make them feel at ease, to understand the step-by-step process, and to ensure a smooth transition for all involved.

She is fluent in Dutch, English and French with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. Before starting in the mobility industry, she worked in marketing and event management. Born and raised in Belgium Tamara lives in Tongeren, the oldest Belgian city and near the Dutch border. In her free time, she likes to visit vintage and antique markets, a good book and city walks. And she is a big cat lover!

Clarisse Malburny, Office Manager Clarisse has studied Law and worked more than 10 years in the banking sector, firstly dealing with mortgages and then with the management of Corporate clients’ bank accounts. She’s now working in the relocation industry for over 3 years, focusing on information and process accuracy and optimization for the best user’s experience. Friendly and determined, Clarisse knows how to have an impact and likes to make a difference.
