Birgitt Griese Head of Operations for Germany, brings over 20 years of experience in the global mobility industry to her role. Birgitt is passionate about leading her Germany team to ensure smooth relocations for all our customers. In the past, Birgitt has worked in operations and vendor management for Relocation Management Companies and for DSPs. Her earlier professional background was in the cultural sector, having worked in theatre as company and tour manager, and spent some time living in NYC.

Irina Scarperi Account Manager, originally from northern Italy, she relocated to Frankfurt in 2016. She has accumulated over 3 years of experience at Packimpex and more than 5 years in this industry overall. Additionally, I possess extensive customer service expertise with over 10 years of experience. I am fluent in German, Italian, and English.

Rohini Sridhar originally from India, Rohini lived in California for 3 years before moving to Germany 5 years ago. She has a background in teaching, which was her profession in India as well as in the US. Her journey in the relocation field started a couple of years ago, as an immigration specialist. Having herself relocated internationally, she understands the various challenges encountered when moving abroad and she uses her own experience to anticipate the transferee’s needs. She feels that empathy and open communication go a long way in building a rapport with the transferee and it is a part of quality service.

Alessa Thiel Relocation Manager joined the Packimpex Team in Germany in 2021. Since then, she witnessed a remarkable growth of the business as well as the team there. Working with many different international people is a passion of hers and supporting families and individuals with their relocations around the world brings her joy. Recently she has taken over the task to take care of the relations to the freelance consultants in Germany. She has a B.A. degree in Hotel and Tourism Management and has previous experience in working in Global Mobility, with a focus on Immigration.

Mariluz Sotero Martinez Relocation Manager was born in Ingolstadt, Germany. Until she was five years old, she lived in Burgos, Spain and then moved to Dortmund, Germany. Mariluz studied at the University of Heidelberg and holds a master’s degree in Translation, German Spanish-English. She studied and worked in London and later moved to New York City, where she trained as a chef at the French Culinary Institute NYC. Since 2011 Mariluz has been living in Frankfurt. Prior to joining Packimpex, Mariluz worked as a cook, freelance translator, and relocation consultant.

Kendra Bartlett Relocation Manager – is originally from the Caribbean and has been living between Germany and her homeland for the past thirteen years before fully settling in Germany in 2019. Kendra is obsessed with good customer service, and this comes from her career working at some of the most prestigious hotels in the Caribbean and Europe and training a team in West Africa to provide service on an international scale. She completed her degree in Management in Switzerland and is known for her favourite daily saying “ In relocation, you learn something new every day”.
